About My Choreography

Hi, my name is Jamie O’Neal. It’s nice to meet you! I would like to introduce myself by sharing a little about my history with gymnastics and dance. I competed at Tidewater Gymnastics Center in Easton, Maryland, for about ten years, where I discovered my love for choreography through floor and beam dance. I created all my own floor routines for levels 6-7 and continued to choreograph floor routines for other girls at the gym after graduating high school in 2021. Since then, I have continued to choreograph during the summers for Tidewater Gymnastics Center.

I also had the privilege of being a part of a hip-hop dance crew during the last three years in college at Liberty University. Through time and performances with them, I expanded my dance experience and choreography knowledge.

About Me

As a gymnastics choreographer with past gymnastics experience, I look to provide each gymnast with choreography that makes them feel confident, clean, and powerful, but that most importantly, allows them to have the most fun. I strive to work individually with each gymnast to give them the product that best suits them and their abilities. I am excited to continue to share my love of dance and gymnastics with other gymnasts in the Maryland area.
